French beans with seafood
Ingredients for 6 or 8 people: 500g farm French beans 1 small onion 80g of pumpkin 1 clove of garlic 1 teaspoonfuls of paprika 1 sprig of parsley 2 small crabs ½ a spider crab ½ an edible crab 4 langoustines 4 Norway lobsters 6 clams 3 teaspoons of oil salt
Cook the beans over a low heat together with the chopped onion, parsley and pumpkin. Half way through cooking, add the seafood, shaking the pot or stirring with a spoonfuls. Gently fry the chopped garlic separately; when it is brown, add the paprika and put everything in the pot. Add salt before the end of cooking. Afterwards, allow to rest for 20 minutes.
