Description

A journey back to 19th-century aristocratic life

This museum reflects the tastes of the period through a wide range of works of art.

The house-museum was created by the Marquis of Cerralbo, and offers visitors the chance to travel back in time to see how an aristocratic family lived in the late 19th/early 20th century. The palace is home to works of art and everyday objects set in their original rooms, all collected by this intellectual who was a passionate patron of the arts and humanities.
