This beach begins at the mouth of the River Ter and ends at Gran Beach. It is fairly long and it is the river itself that separates it from Gola Beach. It also constitutes a meeting point for jet-ski enthusiasts. Behind the beach there is a sand car park and some dunes; the Islas Medas Nature Park is opposite the coast. It has a Red Cross lifeboat.
