Fuerteventura Golf Club is an 18-hole course, designed by architect Juan Catarimeau, bearing in mind the effect of the wind. This means that the course has large greens and fairways up to 50 metres wide at driving distance. There are coves and small beaches right opposite the course. It is just 8 kilometres from the international airport, and 14 km from the capital of Fuerteventura, Puerto del Rosario.
