Museo Picasso - Colección Eugenio Arias - Picasso Museum - Eugenio Arias Collection
Remembering the universal artist
It contains a highly varied collection of this brilliant artist's work.
The origins of the museum go back to the friendship that developed in France between Picasso and Eugenio Arias, the Malaga-born painter's barber. Over the course of 26 years, Arias put together a collection of 71 works, mostly dating from 1948-1972, which includes drawings, lithographs, ceramics, posters, books and other items. Various photographs and a bust of Picasso complete the museum's exhibits.
