The best gastronomy for the best performances

As well as being a musical icon, The Palau de les Arts will shortly become a gastronomic landmark in the city. The worldwide acclaimed Spanish chef Ferràn Adrià will manage the opera restaurant in Valencia. The restaurant will be situated in the pond area, with enviable views of the City of Arts and Science. Raúl Aleixandre, son of Vicente Aleixandre, who has already won a Michelin star, will be head chef of this new restaurant, which will undoubtedly be a new gem for gastronomic guides world-wide. This young chef has won the National Gastronomy Prize and was also Ferràn Adrià’s pupil.
