Archaeological remains and contemporary art

The museum is located in a 16th-century manor house, in the city centre.

It houses a collection of contemporary art, with works by Antonio López, Pancho Cossio, Óscar Benedí and Agustín Úbeda. It also has rooms devoted to local painters and an archaeology section, in which items found in the "Cerro de las Cabezas" Iberian excavation site can be seen. On the first floor of the building, the collected works from the Valdepeñas International Exhibition of Plastic Arts are on display.
