Constructed in Florentine style in the middle of the XVI century for D. Juan de Figueroa. The facade has dressed, semicircular half moon arches with telamons and figureheads on the upper windows (mannerist in style). They also cover the coat of arms of the Marquis of Figueroa-Valverde. In the XVIII century a reform added plasterwork. Currently occupied by private dwellings and shops .
