Sangría
Alcoholic beverage made with red wine, sparkling soft drinks, fruit juice, sugar, and sometimes also liqueurs. It is served cold, over ice and fruit chunks. There are many different recipes to make <i>sangría</i>. It is a very refreshing drink, typically consumed during the summer.
UpSobrasada
A typical sausage from the Balearic Islands. It is made with pork, lard and paprika, which gives it a very bright red colour. It has the consistency of a spread, and it gets stuffed in a thick gut. It is usually spread over a piece of bread, or served with traditional dishes. The best kind is <i>porc negre</i>, which bears the corresponding label.
