Poble Espanyol, a children's town in the heart of Barcelona

At Poble Espanyol, younger visitors will find a world of adventure, while grown-ups will discover a city without cars where children can run around wherever they want. This enclosed space in the city of Barcelona itself is a scale replica of a town featuring all of Spain's most famous landmarks, so children can learn while they're having fun. The best way to explore it is by taking the gymkhana tour organised by the park, which is based on a treasure hunt with clues.

Poble Espanyol offers a broad programme of activities for the family. Every weekend visitors can enjoy one new show a month. Children will not only find endless games to play but can also pretend to be craftsmen and women for a few hours or enjoy listening to storytellers. September is an especially fun-packed month when Poble Espanyol celebrates its annual festivities (featuring street parades, food tasting, and much more). Other special festivities include Sant Jordi's day (23 April) and Carnival (between February and March).
