The tranquil waters of this coastal lagoon, which the Arabs called Mar Chico (Little Sea), have modern facilities that offers lessons in different water sports.
The world's biggest swimming pool, a shallow pool that takes up 170 square metres of space, is stroked by a gentle breeze, and constitutes the ideal place for learning any seaside sports. More than 300 sunny days per year, and an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, make Costa Cálida (Warm Coast), in Murcia, the ideal holiday destination all year round. To those conditions we must add the fabulous scenery, already appreciated back in the days of the Phoenicians and the Arabs, who established there their summer homes.
