This vineyard dates from the 19th century and is located in the historic centre of Jerez. It has small windows, thick walls, sand and stone floors, high ceilings and is dimly lit. It is a true reflection of the architectural tradition of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is dedicated exclusively to the production of the most vintage Jerez wines, certified by the Regulatory Body. Its wines are classified as V.O.S. (Very Old Sherry, over 20 years old) or V.O.R.S. (Very Old Rare Sherry, over 30 years old). It is also home to the Joaquín Rivero Collection, Andalusia's most important private collection of Spanish painting, with more than 350 pictures from the 15th-19th centuries, by major artists such as Zurbarán, Velázquez and Goya, amongst others.
