The history of this vineyard started with the Andrada-Vanderwilde family, who many centuries ago began producing the grapes used to make Jerez wine. In 1972 the Fernando de Castilla brand was created, with aim of producing Spain's most select brandy. Later on, an exceptional Pedro Ximénez wine was incorporated, along with a Jerez vinegar considered by many to be one of the best in Spain.
