Anise from Alicante is a liqueur that includes the aromas and flavours of aniseed, star anise and other natural substances.

It has an alcoholic content of between 40 and 55%, with its sugar content limited to 5 grammes per litre. It is a dry drink very suitable for combining with water, producing a drink known as "palomita" or "paloma", which is opalescent in colour, cold, refreshing, invigorating and good for the digestion.
