Ingredients: 4l of red wine or clarete ½l of water ½kg of sugar ½ cinnamon stick 2 lemons
Dissolve the sugar in the water. Cook the cinnamon, strain and mix the water with the wine. Finally, add the juice of the lemons. Wrap the skins of these and the cinnamon in a clean cloth and submerge them in the wine to continue adding flavour.
