Ingredients: 1 kilo of soft cheese 12 eggs 50 gm of aniseed 1 kilo of flour a little yeast


Beat the eggs and crumble the cheese, mix and add the flour, the aniseed and yeast. Knead without pressing too hard so as not to crush the cheese. Once kneaded, cut into medium-sized strips and make the tarts. Place them on a tray sprinkled with flour so they don't stick, then place in the oven on a high heat for 20 minutes.
