Ingredients: Buttermilk sugar and/or honey
Put the cold buttermilk in a casserole, putting a little aside. (You can also put it all in and use cold water).When it is about to boil, add a little of the cold buttermilk or water so it curdles. Repeat the operation as often as necessary until it is completely curdled. Then, drain the mixture with a cloth.
