Dissolve the flour into the must while cold. Once it is properly dissolved, heat the casserole dish and add the nuts cut into pieces, the whole aniseed and the orange peel (in very small pieces. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. Serve cold.
