Ingredients for 6 people: 2kg fresh loin of pork 2l of olive oil 1 spoonful of sweet paprika 1 dash of olive oil 1 spoonful of pepper 1 spoonful of cinnamon 1 spoonful of oregano 1 head of garlic 1 glass of white wine 4 bay leaves 1 lemon salt
Put all the ingredients indicated into a large enough container to marinate for a week. After this time, remove the loin and cut it into pieces to fry it in a frying pan with plenty of oil. In this way, the loin can be kept in an earthenware jar preserved in olive oil for 4 to 6 months.
