Roast suckling pig
Ingredients: 1 naturally fattened Majorcan suckling pig ½l of olive oil 4 cloves of garlic 1dl of brandy 1dl of lemon juice salt ground white pepper potatoes
Season the pig and put it to marinate with half the lemon juice 24 hours before roasting it. Then season it with salt, pepper and crushed garlic, pour over some brandy and dress it with the rest of the lemon juice and olive oil. Roast in a medium oven for about 90 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Serve garnished with roast potatoes.
