Ingredients: 4 eggs 1l of milk flour sugar oil salt
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Mix with the milk. add flour and sugar gradually until it is like a very fine batter. Put a frying pan on the heat with a little oil and, when it is hot, put the mixture into it with the help of a spoon. Make sure it spreads well and that you get a very thin layer. When it is brown on one side, turn it over to do the other.
Serve on a plate or serving dish and dust with sugar or fill with custard.
