Ingredients for 6 people: 250 g of hard wheat semolina 50 g of butter 1 chicken 400 g of beef 2 tomatoes 2 carrots 3 courgettes 100 g of chick peas Peppers Salt Pepper 1 onion cumin 2 artichokes 200 g of green beans 200 g of thistle

Preparation

Clean the beef and the chicken, chop and place in a large pan.Cover with tap water and leave to boil.Next add salt to taste and then add all the chopped vegetables, the tomatoes, the green beans, the peppers, the cumin and a pinch of pepper. Leave to cook for 2 hours on a medium flame.Meanwhile, place the semolina in a dish and add water. Place a sieve over the pan with the meat without it coming into contact with the sauce or its ingredients, place the semolina in the sieve and leave to steam.After quarter of an hour, put the couscous on a plate, add a splash of water and after 15 minutes, put it back in the same sieve, with the stew.
