'Churros' (Spanish donuts)

Ingredients: 1 large cup of white flour 1 large cup of water 1 teaspoon of oil a pinch of salt olive oil sugar
Place the water, salt and a spoonful of oil into a saucepan and heat. When it boils, quickly add the flour and stir rapidly so that it forms a thick but smooth mixture. Wait for it to cool and place it in the donut maker. Shape the donuts and fry them in a lot of very hot oil until golden.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve straightaway.
