Ingredients for 4 people: 100g of medium potatoes 400g of soaked cod 4 cloves of garlic 4 hard-boiled eggs 50g of walnuts ¼l of virgin olive oil salt
Cook the cod for five minutes and reserve a cup of the stock. Cook the potatoes separately for 30 minutes. Crush the garlic with a mortar and pestle and mix with the potatoes. Add the flaked cod and the oil gradually, continuing to stir. To lighten the dish, add the cod stock. It should end up like a thick purée.
Put in a dish and decorate with slices of hard boiled egg, walnuts and a dash of oil.
