A real holiday is one that the whole family enjoys, and in Spain you'll all have a great time because here there's something for everyone. You'll find beaches, wild nature and cities with lots of activities for all the family to enjoy. Here are some destinations and suggestions that we hope will inspire.

Costa Daurada, TarragonaMild temperatures, long stretches of fine golden sand, and one of the best theme parks in the world, PortAventura World. Just an hour away from Barcelona you'll find Salou, in the heart of the Costa Daurada. A seaside resort perfect for family holidays, with lots of great family accommodation options, quiet beaches, a seafront promenade full of services and a lot of activities for the kids, such as go-karting and water parks. Tenerife, Canary IslandsThanks to its privileged climate, Tenerife is the perfect destination for a holiday with your kids, as you can enjoy outside activities all year round. And there are so many things to do on this island. We recommend enjoying the beaches, losing yourself in the volcanic landscapes, and going up to the summit of El Teide, the island’s volcano and the highest mountain in Spain. Go on family excursions and enjoy the island's impressive scenery and an incredible waterpark, Siam Park, where you'll find lots of activities and shows for the whole family.

Valencia, Region of Valencia An absolute must-see is the incredible City of Arts and Sciences, especially the science museum, where the kids will have the time of their lives in a totally interactive environment where touching the exhibits is highly recommended! This large site also includes Europe’s largest aquarium, the Oceanogràfic. Valencia is a thoroughly Mediterranean city where you can enjoy both the past and the future. Another great place to visit, the Bioparc is a zoo without cages. The barriers are so discreet it feels like you’re in the same space as the animals.

And if you like animals, you really must visit Cabárceno Natural Park, where the kids will love meeting over 100 species of animals from all over the world living in semi-freedom. And here you can travel in time too, by visiting the Altamira Neocave which replicates the ancient paintings of the original cave. If after all this you're still feeling energetic enough, why not visit the Forestal Park, an adventure Park in a natural setting, or puzzle your way out of the Villapresente maze.

First of all, there's Dinópolis, a theme park that’s totally dedicated to dinosaurs, including Teruel’s Museum of Palaeontology, with one of the best collections of dinosaur fossils in the world.
