It has its own major collection, with a wealth of Medieval art. The museum also has an exhibition of paintings by artists with ties to Sitges, from Romanticism through to the 20th century, including the initiators of the Luminist school and the great masters of Modernism. It is also home to the maritime collection of Emerencià Roig i Raventós (1881-1935), comprising drawings, models, nautical instruments and fishing items.
