This museum takes visitors on a mouth-watering tour of the manufacturing process of one of Spain's most typical Christmas sweets.
Xixona is famous for its turrón, a type of nougat, and deservedly so. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that it should have a museum devoted to the manufacture of this traditional Christmas sweet throughout history. At the end of the tour, visitors can sample the turrón from Xixona.
