It was rebuilt in the 14th century on the site of the 13th-century building. It has a Latin cross plan, single nave and apse chapels. Its roof is pitched. Outside, it is arranged on stepped levels. Three windows open in the upper part. The main doorway is pointed, with its archivolts decorated with vegetable and geometric motifs. The themes of the Adoration of the Magi is and the receipt by Saint Francis of the stigmata on Monte Alverna are represented on the tympanum. At the end of the church you can find the sarcophagus of Fernán Pérez de Andrade. It was declared a National Monument in 1919. It is now a Property of Cultural Interest.
