The village of Monesterio (Badajoz) organises this gastronomic celebration which is attended by more than 10,000 people from all over Spain.

The festivity starts at 11am at the swimming pool grounds and municipal park in Monesterio. From that time onwards, visitors will have access to the various tasting stands where they can sample typical products such as Iberian ham, pork loin, shoulder, and so on. Different fun activities will be organised throughout the day and the celebration will be rounded off by a Ham Slicing Competition and a seminar about this delicacy.
