If you choose to travel by bus, there are urban bus routes which operate from 6 am to around 11 pm, although the schedule varies according to the line and the day of the week. It operates from 6.30 am to around 9:45 pm. Taxis operate at all hours of the day, every day, although the fares vary according to the day of the week, and there are various surcharges such as night service, airport or dock pick-up, and for rides to more remote tourist destinations such as Bellver castle.

For most bus rides the fare is €1.50, and €10 for the 10-ride tourist bus pass, which cannot be topped up. The fare for the night bus is €1.50. The 30-day unlimited Travel Card costs €37. The single ticket to Palma airport is €3. The price of a metro ticket is €1.60, although the rate depends on the origin and destination you choose. There are passes for 20 trips –costing €16.80–, and for 40 trips –costing €25.20.Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM): http://www.trensfm.com/The most convenient option The choice of whether to buy several single tickets or a transport pass will depend on the time you're planning to spend in the city. If you want to take a tour of the whole island, one of the most convenient ways to get around is to rent a car at the Son Sant Joan airport or in the city itself.The Palma Pass tourist card is a chip card offering discounts for cultural and leisure attractions, which includes 10 EMT city bus trips and a return trip on the number 1 bus line (Airport – City – Port). It can be purchased for 48 hours (€34), 72 hours (€41) or 120 hours (€54)http://www.palmapass.com/

Palma has a sightseeing bus which makes stops at all the city’s main tourist attractions, as well as providing a commentary in different languages. You can get on and off as many times as you like. The basic fare is €18.70, and €23.35 for two days.https://www.city-ss.es/es/palma-de-mallorca Another option is the Taxi Tour, which provides transfers to the airport or port from any location in Mallorca and tourist routes including the most interesting spots on the island. http://www.taxitourmallorca.com/esThere is also a sightseeing train (line 52) which departs from Platja de Palma beach and runs along the beachfront.
