An outstanding collection of ceramics

This museum is located in an old pottery workshop, and aims to exhibit traditional ceramics and the age-old profession of the potter.

The most highly-prized piece is an old kiln. Upstairs you can see white ceramics and earthenware, with many medieval pieces. There are also examples of decorated pottery, made exclusively for religious worship. Downstairs you will find the workshops, where you can try out the potter's wheel for yourself, and the shop, selling a broad range of traditionally produced items.
