Oviedo, in Asturias, is a city made for strolling. When you are there, you will realise why Woody Allen (who shot some of the scenes from his film “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” in this city) said that Oviedo was “pleasant, peaceful, and kind to pedestrians (…) Like a fairy tale”.
