In Roses you’ll have the chance to dine in what is considered by many to be the best restaurant in the world: “El Bulli”, run by Ferran Adrià. You’ll be able to sample an imaginative and unique cuisine whose key feature is its innovation, as you’ll see from the gourmet set menu. As it is in a state of constant creative evolution, the restaurant only opens from June to December; the rest of the time it is dedicated to investigating new recipes.
