Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people:
700 g of strips of dried cod 1 onion
100 g of black olives
2 dl of oil ground black pepper
Preparation
Break the cod into strips and leave to soak in plenty of cold water for approximately 40 minutes. During this time, change the water three or four times.
Once this is done, take the cod out of the water, squeezing gently with your hands to remove the waterPlace the onion cut in short thin strips, the tomatoes, previously peeled and cut in either cubes or slices, and the olives in a bowl. Add the cod and mix well. To finish, sprinkle with pepper and dress with the oil. Only add salt if necessary.
Presentation
Leave in the fridge for around 30 minutes and serve cold.
