Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 people: 1 kg of fresh cow's cheese 4 eggs 100 g of butter 100 g of flour 250 g of sugar Half a grated lemon rind Powdered cinnamon

Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the melted butter. Blend the fresh cheese with the grated lemon rind and a little powdered cinnamon. Add it to the beaten eggs, mixing it well until an even dough is obtained. Add the flour slowly, kneading it with your hands. When the mixture has taken all the flour, place in a heat-resistant baking tray (no greater than 3 cm deep). Bake in the oven at 200º C for half an hour, until the surface browns and the dough sets.

Presentation
Serve in the same cake tray.
