It has the famous El Greco painting of the 'Burial of Count Orgaz'
A church with a Mudejar tower from the fourteenth century. It has the famous El Greco painting of the 'Burial of Count Orgaz'.

"The Burial of Count Orgaz", by El Greco, inside the church
The church dates from the 12th century, although it was completely rebuilt in the 14th century on the orders of the Lord of Orgaz. The tower is one of the finest examples of Mudejar art in Toledo. The two upper sections of the building are made of brick that lead to a series of protuberant two and three large arched windows. The interior houses one of the most famous paintings by El Greco, 'Burial of Count Orgaz', which is exhibited in a special room.
