Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people:
1.5kg of deboned lamb
150g of lard
1 lemon
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 spoonful of paprika
pepper
parsley
salt
Preparation
Cut the lamb up into small pieces and clean it of nerves and fibres. Add salt and fry it in lard in an earthenware dish on a strong heat. When the meat has changed colour, add the chopped onion, the garlic, parsley and the ground pepper, the lemon juice and the paprika. Cover and leave for fifteen more minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it sticking.
Presentation
Serve hot.
