Ingredients for 4 people:
1kg of cleaned cuttlefish
½kg of fresh shelled broad beans
1 chopped pepper
1 chopped tomato
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1dl of olive oil
1dl of dry white wine
1 bay leaf
salt
Preparation
Chop the cuttlefish into regular pieces. Heat the oil in a casserole dish and cook the cuttlefish with the onion, pepper, tomato and garlic. add the broad beans, the bay leaf and the white wine and cover with water. Cook on a low heat until tender.
